I’m super happy that they have finally made it easier to make multicell fixtures in magic sheets by making one fixture and then copy renumbering it to make as many fixtures as needed quickly. I’m less happy that it doesn’t work with grouped fixtures, so I still have to group all the cells for each fixture at the end.

Also confused why they made a big update to Magic sheets but still haven’t included Magic sheet user default options. That being said I love the mirror and flip tools.

I think the most interesting thing about 3.3 is that we’re likely going to see a 4.0 release sometime in 2027 based on the Windows 11 upgrade announcement commencing now and ending in 2027. What will 4.0 entail? That will be super interesting to see. I wonder/hope if we’ll see more flexibility in user setup like in the MA3 or even Hog lineups. Maybe not being forced into a PSD and Live Channel window? Palette auto creation? Default Palettes? Not needing a router to connect to the console wirelessly?

It’s always fun anticipating what new features will come next. I’d put high on my list the ability to decide default preferences for things like Submasters (always record excluded), cue lists (always record excluded, phantom turned on and Back from First set to Do Nothing).
