How can Artnet Work when sACN Won’t?

Sometimes I still wonder why sACN is not getting through. I’ve had situations where it was just console>M4250 (managed AV) switch>laptop running Capture (and also sACN View). And it would be working one minute, then the laptop would go to sleep or something, and when I start it again it’s not working. And then after some time it just starts again. I have a hunch that it might be the NIC in the laptop. Perhaps the NIC itself, and/or some setting in Windows networking is blocking the multicast addresses.
